RLN seminar

I attended a seminar of the Leniency Program adopted in Estonia on 27.02.2010. K. H. Eichhorn told us about a joke a russian representative of the russian Competition Auhtority Board made. I listened to it and thought to myself: "Actually.. it's not that funny..". Anyways, what he said was:

When the price is too low, it's considered predatory pricing;
When the price is too high, it's just unfair competition;
When the price is the same as the other companies', it must be a cartell.

It seems to me that the Competition Board of Estonias thinks exactly alike. At least I got the impression of listening to the representativ of the Estonian Competition Board. Well, good luck for those considered relevant players on relevant markets....
